WHAT TYPES OF CONSIGNMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

  • ART

    • Original / Framed / Decorator / Canvas

    • Metal and iron wall hangings

  • Home Décor (Minimum retail value of $20)

    • Decorative accessories

    • Rugs

    • Seasonal ( HIGH demand! We are currently accepting Autumn Décor, minimum retail value not applicable. )

    • Lamps

    • Mirrors

    • Small accent furniture

  • Bedroom furniture

    • Beds, daybeds, bunk/loft beds, dressers, and nightstands. ( No mattresses, box springs, or bedding. )

  • Living Room Furniture ( These are currently in HIGH demand! )

    • Sofa, loveseat, sectional chaise lounge, recliner, tables, chairs, ottomans

  • Dining Room Furniture & Goods

    • Table and chairs, server/sideboard, pub table, and table linens

  • Home Office

    • Desks, chairs, decorative file cabinets

  • Accent Furniture

    • Barstools, chests, curio cabinets, bookcases

  • Outdoor Furniture & Decor (Seasonally)

  • Upholstered furniture

    • Age: 5 years or younger preferred. Mature pieces will be considered and accepted based on brand, style, color, and condition.

  • Christian Books & Resources​

    • Like new condition Christian books, Bibles, studies, devotionals, and art​

WHAT CONDITION DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept quality furniture & home goods in nearly-new condition.  All consignment MUST BE CLEAN and ready to be presented for resale.  The better it looks, the better it sells!

  • Upholstered and Leather Furniture

    • Should be vacuumed on top of and under cushions

    • Free of rips, stains, tears, and worn upholstery

    • Free from discoloration from sunlight or inconsistency of fabric

    • Smoke-free/ Odor free/ Free of pet hair

    • Stable construction

  • Hard Goods (Tables, Bookcases, Bedroom furniture, etc…)

    • Dust and cobweb free.

    • Free of watermarks and discoloration.

    • Free of major scratches, chips, or other noticeable flaws.

    • No broken or missing hardware pieces.  Drawers and doors must operate properly.

    • Legs and frame must be sturdy

* There will be a quality inspection of your pieces after arrival at the store prior to final acceptance for consignment.  We reserve the right to decline any items that do not meet our quality standards.  A cleaning fee of $25 will be charged if an item requires excessive cleaning prior to displaying.

WHAT ITEMS DO YOU NOT ACCEPT?

  • Appliances

  • Cribs

  • Electronics

  • Exercise equipment

  • Lacquer furniture

  • Lamps without shades or with yellowed/damaged shades

  • Mattresses

  • Particle board furniture

  • Small ‘knick-knacks’

  • Textiles (bedding, clothing, BUT we do accept draperies & table linens)

  • Unframed art, faded prints, art with dated matting or framing

  • Items with missing or broken hardware

  • Items in need of repair, cleaning, refinishing or re-upholstery

  • Furniture with water stains or noticeable scratches on the primary surfaces

WHAT ARE YOUR CONSIGNMENT TERMS?

  • Our consignment periods are as follows: ​

    • Furniture:  120 day consignment period.  (Consignor’s commission is 60% of actual selling price)

    • Home Goods:  90 day consignment period.   (Consignor’s commission is 50% of actual selling price)

    • Seasonal:  60 day consignment period.  (Consignor’s commission is 50% of actual selling price)

 

The consignment period begins when the item is priced and placed on the sales floor.  This is typically within a few days of your drop off day.
