New Consignors

Consignment Agreement

Thank you for choosing Midtown to consign your furniture and home goods. All new Consignors are required to complete a Consignment Agreement to create an account. Once your account is set up with us you may continue to consign with us on an ongoing basis.  Please complete this form to get started.

GENERAL TERMS

  • All consignment requires pre approval and a scheduled appointment.  Home decor must have a minimum resale value of $20.

  • Items must be of good quality, in excellent condition, assembled, clean, odor/pet free and ready for resale.  Items that arrive with damage, sun fading, stains, wear or odor (smoke, pet, mildew, etc.) will not be accepted and may be refused at any time. We are not responsible for delivery charges if an item is refused due to a condition issue or if an item is not pre-approved.  You will be notified via email if you have item(s) that we are unable to consign due to condition or style issues.  Refused items must be claimed in 48 hours, else they will be donated or disposed.

  • Any item that is not in "ready to sell" condition and requires extra cleaning, vacuuming, needs touched up or has missing bulbs, batteries or hardware will be charged a cleaning fee of $25 and/or a supply replacement fee that will be deducted from the consignor's portion of the proceeds of the sale.

  • For your convenience, we have an online Consignor Portal on our website which allows you to track the status your items, view pricing, commissions, payouts and pickup dates. Once your account is created, you will receive an email with a link to your Consignor Portal.  You are responsible for monitoring all items that you place on consignment.

  • Consigned items will remain the property of the consignor. We make every effort to keep consigned items clean and safe from damage; however Midtown Mall is not responsible for LOSS or DAMAGE to consigned items from fire, water, theft, damages or act of nature.  Please ensure that all items are covered under your homeowner's policy or such other insurance as you deem appropriate.
